Pressing the STOP button again during the cooking cycle:
suspends the cooking cycle. All the parameters set
are maintained. The cooking time will resume from the
suspended time.
Pressing
START/STOP again resumes the cooking
cycle, maintaining the parameters set (modified if
applicable) at the time. At the end of the cooking cycle:
The tune will sound for 10 seconds or until the door is
opened and the oven switches to
OFF.
Opening the door while the oven is operating is
equivalent to pressing the stop button, except that,
when the door is closed again, the oven starts again
automatically.
TEMPERATURE KNOB
Can be set from 0 °C to 270 °C
Default value for temperature: 100 °C
During a cooking cycle, it is possible to vary the data
set by
pressing the temperature button again. At this point, the
display flashes and data entry is repeated.
COOKING TIME
Can be set from 0.00 to 9.59
default value: 000
Holding down the button activates the pre-heating function,
described below.
Use the
+ and - buttons to select the cooking time in hours
and minutes.
Decreasing the time below 000 enters infinite cooking
mode and the display reads
INF. In this phase, the oven
works for an infinite time.
Conversely, increasing from the infinite cooking mode
goes back to the minimum time.
To return to the cooking time function, set the time display
back to 000.
PRE-HEATING
Turning the time knob anti-clockwise under 0.00
activates the pre-heating function.
The message “PRE” is displayed instead of the time.
Starting cooking by pressing the
START button, the
oven starts to operate and, once it reaches the set
temperature, the oven sounds until the door is opened,
data is cleared and the user returns to the initial data
entry phase.
Turning the time knob clockwise sets the display back to
000. Pre-heating is disabled.
DRYING/HUMIDIFICATION KEY
Can be set from 0 to 100
Default 00
The display blinks default value 0, with the keys + and –
you can set value needed.
When pressing the + key, the humidification led will light
up and you can set the humidity percentage.
By pressing the – key, once setting the value to 0
(zero), the drying led will light up and you can set the
opening percentage of the chimney.
The higher the percentage is, the more times the
chimney will open up (if you set 100% the chimney will
remain open during the whole cycle).
