INSTALLATION

8.1

Mounting

8.1.1

Display unit GS-1002

The display unit can be installed one of three ways, tabletop or flush mount (two 
types). Refer to the outline drawings at the end of this manual.

•  Locate the unit away from the exhaust pipes and vents.
•  The mounting location should be well ventilated.
•  Mount the unit where shock and vibration are minimal.
•  Keep the display unit away from electromagnetic field generating equipment such 

as motor, generator.

•  Allow sufficient maintenance space and slack in cables for maintenance and repair.

Tabletop mounting

Do not apply paint, anti-corrosive sealant or contact 
spray to coating or plastic parts of the equipment.

Those items contain organic solvents that can damage 
coating and plastic parts, especially plastic connectors.
