Please make sure your network connection is properly connected. You can try to unplug power adapter from
netTV Box and re-plug it, then try to update firmware again. If your netTV Box does not have any response,
please contact customer service for further assistant.
Q: Disconnect to netTV Box unexpectedly.

Please confirm whether you have installed the netTV Player properly.

Most of time, netTV Box operation might be interfered by firewall software. Please re-check your firewall
