Q: Why bind the IP and MAC together first when set the DMZ or Virtual Server?
A: The IP that router assigned to netTV Box will be changed when suddenly power off, then you can’t login the netTV
Box remotely. So bind the IP and MAC together will block the IP address of netTV Box from changing.
Q: How can I search and connect to the netTV Box of home on the Internet?
A: There are three ways to login the Box.
(1) Enter the ID located on the back of the Box to login.
(2) If your netTV Box config with static IP, you can login with the static IP.
(3) If you register the DDNS account in the DDNS server website that netTV Box supply, and set the password of
DDNS account to the netTV Box, you can login with DDNS.

It might be caused by Internet bandwidth, we recommend set the picture solution lower. Please assure
upstream speed meets product requirement.

Please make sure the A/V Cable or Coaxial Cable is correctly attached to netTV Box.
