Q: Can I snapshot and save the beautiful picture?
A: Yes. netTV Box has the function of snapshot, you can snatch at the instant playing picture and save it in the
“Snap” file which is at the installation directory, you can also change the save directory.
Q: Where can I find the ID of the netTV Box?
A: The Box ID is located on the CD cover and the box bottom (i.e., ID: xxxxxxxxxx).
Q: Easy setup & netTV Player failed to locate netTV Box.
A: If your computer has the security software (e.g., anti-virus), its firewall function will block Network-TV-Box
software’s running. Please remove the blocking on your security software.
Q: Can’t find netTV Box when setting.
A: Please confirm netTV Box and PC connect directly or connect to the same router, and the DHCP of router is
enabled. Please search again, if can’t search any Boxes still, please do the [RESET], then search again.
Q: There is no video image coming from the video device connected.
A:

Check if the router is connected to Internet. If not, the network LED indicator (red light) will be off. If so,
please check if router’s DHCP is enabled. Connect all the signal cables properly. Check if the AV signal
cables or the RF cable is connected properly.

Make sure if the video device connected is powered on.
