Q: Must I take up netTV Box with me to watch TV remotely?
A: No, you needn’t. You just need install the netTV Box at home, whether you are home or out, you can watch the
video programs by using the playing software installed in your PC which connects to the netTV Box.
Q: What device can I use to connect to the netTV Box in the home to watch TV?
A: PC

Notebook which has installed Windows XP or Windows vista OS can all install playing software of netTV Box,
by through Internet to connect the netTV Box to watch video programs.

： After the Channel Scan, all scaled channels display in the list, can I manually delete the not loved channels?
A:
1) Yes, you can manually delete the not loved channels in the channel list.
2) You can also set the loved channel to your favorite channel, thus you can switch the favorite channels that
you have set after you selecting the button.
3) You can also rename the channel to select channel expediently.
Q: There is no video image coming from the video device connected.

Connect all the signal cables properly. Check if the AV signal cables or the RF cable is connected properly.

Make sure if the video device connected is powered on.
