Questions of Led Status
Q: The power LED indicator (green light) is not on.
A: Please unplug the power adaptor from the power outlet and netTV Box.
Then, plug both ends back and make sure they are plugged properly.
Q: After plug in, how long will the green led will blink?
A: During the start up process, if the connect way of netTV Box is DHCP or Static IP, the green led will blink about
7~9 seconds, if the connect way is PPPoE, he green led will blink longer (about 12 seconds). Once you find the
green led keeps blinking, it means that netTV Box goes wrong internally. Please use the pen tip to press the
Reset button on the back of netTV Box for 3 seconds under the power-on condition to return to default.
Q: The network LED indicator (red light) is not on.
A: If netTV Box connects to the back-ends of MODEM, please check the network devices connect
properly. If netTV Box is connected to Router, please check that the router is connected to internet successfully.
Then check the connect way to internet of netTV Box belong to the following condition. The red led is off under
the following condition:
z
netTV Box connects to router, UPnP of router isn’t enabled.
z
The UPnP of router isn’t compatible with the netTV Box.
z netTV Box is installed under the two stages server.
