Overview
The display may not be functioning properly, depending the OS in use. Use the video connec-
tor in the rear side.

USB connectors (

Connects peripheral equipment conforming to the USB standard.

Hard disk access LED ( )
This LED is lit when data is being written to or read from the hard disk. When the hard disk is not
accessed, this is not lit.

LAN1, LAN2 Status LEDs (
)
Indicates LAN activity status.

System Status/Fault LED (
)
Indicates system status.
k
System Power LED (
)
This LED is lit green when the server is turned on.
This is not lit when the server is not turned on.
l
System ID LED (
)
This LED is used for maintenance. When pressing the System ID button, the front and rear LEDs
are lit blue so that the locations of devices being maintained can be determined.
Also, the [System Identification LED Display] button of ServerView can be used to light them.

)
When pressing this button, the front and rear System ID LEDs are lit blue so that the locations of
devices being maintained can be determined.
n
System Power button (
)
Press to turn the system power on or off.
Do not turn the server off when the Hard disk access LED is blinking.
Data in the hard disk may be damaged.
