Troubleshooting and Tips

If you fail to correct the problem, proceed as follows:

Make a list of the steps and the circumstances that led to the fault. Also make 
a list of any error messages that were displayed.

Ê

Switch off the server.

Ê

Contact our customer service team.

Power-On Indicator Remains Dark

The power-on indicator remains dark after switching ON:

Power cord incorrectly connected

Ê

Make sure that the power cable is correctly connected to the server and to 
the grounded socket.

Power supply overloaded

Ê

Pull the server power plug out of the power socket.

Ê

Wait a few seconds before you plug it into the grounded socket again.

Ê

Switch on your server.
