stabilize it within the body cavity (intestinal tract).
(15) Repeat steps (9) through (14) to advance the endoscope.

Stop the center hole in the air/water button with a finger to
supply air to the digestive tract.
The mucous membrane of the digestive tract will become
clearly visible.
(17) Steer the distal end of the endoscope to the region of
interest by turning the up-down and left-right angle knobs.
[Note]
In case that the bending portion does not return or cannot
be pulled out easily because it is inverted inside the narrow
lumen, do not pull it out forcibly.
