Hold the balloon ring with your fingers and put it around 

the balloon attachment tool.

(5)  Attach a syringe to the balloon attachment tool and then 

suck air out of the balloon.

(6)  Insert the distal end of the ultrasonic endoscope into the 

balloon attachment tool until the balloon ring fits firmly in 

the balloon attachment groove.
