7.2 Troubleshooting
NOTE:
- To stop beeping when an error occur, touch the C (clear) key.
- When an error occurs, the analyzer may terminate the measurement. When rerunning the sample, set the sample
ID and a slide, and spot the sample again from the beginning to restart the measurement.
7.2.1 Startup Errors
(1) When the analyzer does not start after the power switch is depressed to the [ | ] side:
Check that the power cable and AC adapter are properly connected and then turn on the analyzer again.
If the analyzer still does not start, please contact your technical support (dealer) for assistance.
7.2.2 Transfer errors

E0200 Feed motor ERR
Sensor ON failure
When these errors occur, the
disposal box may be full of
slides, or a foreign object
may remain on the slide
transfer part.
Turn the power switch off, and
perform the following:
• Check whether there is any foreign
object at the photometer, slide
transfer part and transfer frame.
• Clean the photometer, slide transfer
part and transfer frame.
• Dispose of slides in the disposal
box. (Refer to P5-3 - 5-5)
If the error still occurs, please contact
your technical support (dealer) for
assistance.
E0201 Feed motor ERR
Sensor OFF failure
E0202 Feed motor ERR(Test)
Sensor ON failure
E0203 Feed motor ERR(Test)
