Main frame assembly
Now mount the main frame (1) on the slide rails (2) as
shown. When doing this, start on the outside with the
screws (16) and washers (11) and then fasten the
screws (13) and washers (9) on the inside, initially only
hand-tight. Then fit the screws (15), washers (10) and
nuts (12).
All connections should only be tightened at the end,
after all parts are aligned to fit. It may be that the
screws of the front / lower bracket are difficult to
access. You can fully tighten these screws once the unit
is in the vertical position. Therefore, for the moment,
simply align the lower screws/nuts and screw them in
loosely. After this step, you should also thoroughly clean
the rollers and rails with a soft, dry cloth to remove any
possible dirt.
