Running the THJ80 Application
Start -> Programs -> THJ80->
Thj80.exe
The following screens will appear. Select the communication protocol which you are set up for.
When selecting serial communication the operator will be prompted to enter the communication
port which will be used. Remember that the communication parameters “Communication Port
Set Up” must be;
•
Data bits – 8
•
Stop bits – 1
•
Parity
–None
•
Baud Rate – 19200
If the parameters are not set the program will not communicate and you will get a communication
error.

Once the serial information is entered the operator can wait for the down counter to expire or
simply press the OK button. This information is stored in the hard drive of the PC so the next time
the application is started the serial information will be recalled.
