9 Operation
9.1 Transmitting PC desktop
Operating system requirement:
Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10 32 & 64 bit
9.1.1 For Microsoft Windows PC/Laptop
1) Execute “WMW” exe.
2) For Windows 7, a dialog box may ask for user permission to run the WirelessMedia Lite software.
Click to run it.
3) For Windows 10, or MAC PC/Laptop, you need to open up the added WirelessMedia Lite disk and
click the exe file to run it.
4) You see a message box showing up at the right bottom corner of desktop “Ready to share”. Click
it to start mirroring the client desktop on the Moderator screen.
5) Click again to remove the client desktop from the Moderator screen.
6) Setting icon of UI, including:
a) Extended Desktop:
check to transmit the extended desktop of PC/Laptop, or as default set, to
mirror the desktop of PC/laptop.
b) Preserve Aspect Ratio:
check to keep the original aspect ratio to display on the main screen
c) HDMI input
d) Remote view lock
e) Super low latency of mouse
7) A WirelessMedia Lite status icon is added to the status bar at the right bottom corner.
Right click it to open up the setting of WirelessMedia Lite, including

About WirelessMedia Lite: click to check the software version of AirShare.

9.2 Transmitting MAC OS PC/Laptop and IOS mobile device
Airplay/Screen Mirroring:
AirShare Base Unit supports “Airplay”/“Screen Mirroring” receiver, which
enable mirroring the desktop of your Apple device to the screen mirroring receiver, like Mac OS PC,
iPhone, IPad etc.
Swipe from bottom on desktop, to activate the control center. Click the airplay/screen mirroring icon
on your Apply device and select the receiver device AirShare and connect it. Then you could
mirror your screen content wireless through the AirShare to the main screen.
