8  Updating AirShare 

Current files from a USB stick are required and can be downloaded from the FSR website. 
 
AirShare includes two methods of updating: “Local Update” and “Full Update”.   
“Local Update” will only update the current OS. 
“Full Update” will update the OS and boot loader 
Launcher (PC client software) could be upgraded to the latest FW, while it’s connected to the USB 
port.

8.1  Upgrading the AirShare Base Unit: 

The AirShare Base Unit can be “Full-Updated” through a USB Stick as follows. 
 
1.  Download and copy the updating file “update.bin” to the root directory of the USB Stick.
