How to reboot your router.
• Unplug the power cord to your router.
• Plug it back into the electrical outlet and wait
30 seconds.
• Always reboot your router first since it might be all
that is required to correct the problem.
Quick Tip #2
How to factory reset your router.
If rebooting your router did not fix the issues, you can
try a factory reset.
Note:
Any settings you may have changed to the router will be lost.
• Hold down the Reset button on the back of the
router for approximately three to five seconds.
• You will see the lights on the router flicker.
• Once the lights come back to normal, try to access
the Internet as you usually would.
