Yearly maintenance
Check the wear condition of the sliding wheels of the turnplate :
-
Insert the lifting eyebolts into the specific threaded holes and release the turnplate by regulating
the four screws

Insert the hooks of the lifting ropes into the eyebolts

Lift the turnplate using suitable load bearing lifting equipment

Check the wear condition of the wheels and replace them if required (insert them by pressing
them in place)

Secure the turnplate carefully

Replacing carriage drive chain
- loosen the chain by unscrewing the screw of the corresponding chain tightener
- unscrew the screw that fastens the chain to the drive carriage to remove the chain.
