Operation
Observe the boiler controller operating instructions when using the electrostatic
precipitator system. It contains all of the main information regarding the functions and
parameters for the controller, as well as troubleshooting steps.
Maintenance
Froling recommends that the electrostatic precipitator system be inspected annually.
This inspection must include the following points at minimum:
▪ General visual inspection for damage and check seal
▪ Cleaning condition of the filter system
▪ Check electrical power supply
▪ Check HV electrodes and high-voltage power supply
NOTICE! Maintenance and servicing work must only be carried out by Froling
customer services or a partner approved by Fröling Heizkessel- und Behälterbau
GesmbH!
WARNING
Incorrect inspection and cleaning:
Incorrect or insufficient inspection and cleaning of the electrostatic precipitator
can cause serious faults and subsequently result in accidents and damage to
property.
Therefore:
❒ Have the electrostatic precipitator checked by professionals at appropriate
intervals
