❒ Remove the cover plates on the side of the control cabinet
❒ Loosen torque support on drive
❒ Remove drive from shaft
❒ Remove the thermal insulation
❒ Remove the mounting bracket from the shaft and remove the washers and silicone
foam seal
❒ Remove covers
❒ Loosen the screw connections on the shafts and remove the driver
❒ Turn the shaft counterclockwise until the bypass flaps are closed
❒ Remove the flap plate from the shaft and pull out the shaft
