1. Check if communication cables are correctly connected and
restart the inverters.
2. If the problem remains, please contact your installer

The detected battery
voltage differs between
units
1. Make sure all inverters share the same battery bank.
2. Remove all loads and disconnect AC input and PV input. Then,
check battery voltage on the display of all inverters. If the values
from all inverters are close, check if all battery cables are the
same length and material type. Otherwise, contact your installer
to provide SOP to calibrate the battery voltage of each inverter.
3. If the problem still remains, please contact your installer

The detected AC input
voltage and frequency differ
between units
1. Check the utility wiring connection and restart the inverters.
2. Make sure that all phases of the utility start up with the same
voltage and frequency on each phase. If there are breakers
installed between the AC input and inverters, make sure all the
breakers can be turned on the AC input at same time.
3. If the problem remains, contact your installer

AC output current
unbalanced
1. Restart the inverters
2. Remove excessive loads and re-check load information from
the LCD of inverters. If the values are different between units on
the same phase, check if the AC input and output cables are the
same length and material type.
3. If the problem remains, please contact your installer

AC output mode setting is
different between units
1. Switch off the inverter and check the setting of item #28 in the
LCD configuration screen.
2. For parallel systems on a single phase, make sure no unit has
3P1, 3P2
or
3P3
set in item 28.
For 3-phase systems, make sure no unit has
PAL
set in item 28.
3. If the problem remains, please contact your installer.
