When item 38 is set as disable, this could be used to send a signal to an external device when the battery voltage
reaches the warning level (default setting):
When item 38 is set to enable, and the unit is operating in battery mode, it could be used to trigger the grounding circuit
to connect the neutral and grounding of the AC output together.
