PLUMBING
Monitor Panels show levels for all water tanks, and battery conditions along with switches for water
pump, water heater, and tank heater pads. The condition of the batteries is displayed on the monitor panel
by pressing and holding the “Battery” test switch. Your Monitor panel is located in the bathroom.
Readings for the Battery levels are: C = 12.70 to 12.85 VDC, G = 12.10 to 12.15 VDC, F = 11.60 to
11.65 VDC, L = up to 6.00 VDC. All readings are ± 5 %.
The monitor panel allows you to quickly check the levels in the fresh water and waste water tanks.
Electrical sensors at various points on the tanks send signals to the monitor panel.
To check fluid levels, press and hold the
Switch
designated for the tanks and read the level
indicators on the panel. The indicator is proportioned in quarters with each light indicating the level that
the tank contains. Sometimes, residue on the sides of a tank, or water with a low mineral content will give
a false reading. Check the levels occasionally when you are sure of a tank’s contents and compare it to the
reading on the monitor panel. If you are concerned about the accuracy of the monitor panel, have it
checked at your local Service Center.
NOTE: REMEMBER THAT THE MONITOR PANEL HAS ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS, SUCH
AS DISPLAYING BATTERY AND LP LEVELS.
Your Aviator has an option for Tank Heaters. The purpose of these heaters is to help keep the Fresh, Grey
and Black tanks from freezing. To operate them, use the tank heater switches located on the monitor
panel.
