After you have clipped the safety key onto your clothes you have to workout options.
Quick start. Directly start training by pressing the quick start button. The belt starts
running and you are able to adjust the incline and speed to your preferred levels.
You can choose one of the six programs: Target, course, HRC, body index, fitness
test and custom. These programs are explained on the next pages.
