4. Use
After finishing the program the console automatically starts the cooling down
program. If you want to cancel the cooling down program, press the STOP button.
When the cooling down program is finished the treadmill automatically shuts down
after two minutes.
You are able to pause every program by pressing the PAUSE button.
The incline and speed are adjustable in 3 different ways:
1.
With the + -
pq
keys on the console
2.
With the speedkeys on the console
3.
With the speedkeys on the handlebar (OTC, One Touch Control)
P1: TARGET
With this program you are able to set a target: time, distance and burned calories.
When you have reached one of the values the program stops. When you enter 0 for
one of the values, this value will be excluded from the target countdown.
1.
Press the TARGET button to select the target program.
2.
Enter your weight with the speed +/- keys and confirm with the ENTER key.
3.
Enter the time target with the speed +/- keys and confirm with the ENTER key.
4.
Enter the distance target with the speed +/- keys and confirm with the ENTER key.
5.
Enter the burned calories target with the speed +/- keys and confirm with the
ENTER key.
6.
Press START to start the workout.
7.
Time, distance and calories start counting down. When one of these values
reaches 0 the program will stop automatically.
P2: COURSE
With this program you are able to train on 8 preprogrammed courses. There are 4
programs with consistent speed and 4 with a consistent incline level.
1.
Press the COURSE button to select the course program.
2.
Choose one of the eight courses with the speed +/- keys and confirm with ENTER.
3.
Enter your weight with the speed +/- keys and confirm with ENTER.
4.
Choose the training duration with the speed +/- keys and confirm with ENTER
5.
Depending on the course your able to select the maximum speed or incline level.
Select with the +/- keys and confirm with ENTER.
- Maximum speed can be selected by RAMP 1, INTERVAL 1, PEAK 1 and HILL 1
- Maximum incline can be selected by RAMP 2, INTERVAL 2, PEAK 2 and HILL 2

The training will start, Depending on the program the speed or incline level will be
automatically adjusted. The program will stop when the time has elapsed.
