Changing individual milling
wheels
Always use the same type of milling wheels.
1. Place the renovation milling machine on
its back.
2. Loosen countersunk screws (18) on the
hub cover and remove hub cover (17).
3. Take axle out of the tool holder.
4. Replace damaged or worn milling
wheel. Re-assemble in the correct
sequence!
5. Insert the cylindrical end of the axle into
the tool holder, insert the square end
into the hub.
6. Attach hub cover and secure with the
4 screws.
Changing the milling head
Note!
Use only original parts supplied by the
manufacturer for replacement purposes.
If non-original parts are used, the guarantee
obligations of the manufacturer will be
deemed null and void.
1. Place the renovation milling machine
on its back.
2. Press spindle lock (2) and loosen the
milling head with Allen key.
3. Screw on new milling head and, after
actuating the spindle lock, tighten with
Allen key.
4. Insert the mains plug into the socket.
5. Switch on renovation milling machine
(without locking the switch) and leave
running for approx. 30 seconds.
Check for imbalances and vibrations.
