Before using the renovation milling
machine, please read and follow:

these operating instructions,

the “General safety instructions” on the
handling of power tools in the enclosed
booklet (leaflet-no.: 315.915/04.04),
–
the currently valid site rules and the
regulations for the prevention of
accidents.
This renovation milling machine is state
of the art and has been constructed in
accordance with the acknowledged safety
regulations. Nevertheless, when in use,
the power tool may be a danger to life and
limb of the user or a third party, or the power
tool or other property may be damaged.
This power tool may be operated only if it is
–
used as intended,
–
in perfect working order.
Faults which impair safety must be repaired
immediately.

Intended use
This renovation milling machine is designed
–
is designed for industrial applications,
–
for removing coats of paint, plaster, tile
and carpet adhesive residue from hard
subsurfaces (hard plaster, concrete),
–
for milling off formwork transitions and
roughening concrete surfaces,
–
for use with tools which FLEX offers for
these machines and which are permitted
to run at a speed of at least 3700 r.p.m.
Safety instructions

When using the power tool,
wear protective equipment:
Goggles, dust mask, ear protection,
protective gloves, sturdy shoes.
If required, also wear an apron!

When working, guide the renovation
milling machine with both hands.
The bail handle (1) must be attached!
n
Before using the renovation milling
machine, always check the power cord
(7) and renovation milling machine for
damage. Do not start a damaged
machine.
n
Always lay the power cord (7) to the
rear away from the renovation milling
machine.
n
Use original FLEX milling heads and
milling wheels only. Do not use any
adapters or reducers.
