Setting the milling depth
The milling depth can be set steplessly
from 0 to 5 mm.
1. Pull out the mains plug.
2. Loosen the lock screw (9).
3. Set guide table (11) by rotating it to
the required milling depth.
4. Tighten lock screw.
Dust extractor
Caution!
When operating the renovation milling
machine, connect it to a dust extractor.
The extraction system must be authorised
to extract stone dust.
An authorised special extractor must be
used to extract particularly harmful,
carcinogenic, dry dust.
If the extraction system malfunctions,
stop working immediately and switch off the
power tool. Repair the fault before switching
on the power tool again.
Note
It is recommended to use the FLEX special
extractor S 36 M.

Connect the hose from the extraction
system to the intake flange. Check the
attachment! If required, use an
appropriate adapter.
Operating instructions
Note
When the power tool is switched off, the tool
continues running briefly.

Place work table fully on the area which
is to be processed.

Regularly check that the milling wheels
are rotating on their axles. If required,
knock out dust deposits.
Maintenance and care
Danger!
Before carrying out any work on the angle
grinder, always pull out the mains plug.
Cleaning
Danger!
If metals are ground or cut over a prolonged
period, conductive dust may become
deposited inside the housing.
Impairment of the protective insulation!
Operate the power tool via a residual-
current-operated circuit-breaker (tripping
current 30 mA).
Caution!
If blowing out components of the power tool
with compressed air, wear goggles!
Regularly clean the power tool and
ventilation slots. Frequency of cleaning
is dependent on the material and duration
of use.
Regularly blow out the housing interior
and motor with dry compressed air.
Knock out dust deposits in the milling head,
blow out any remaining dust with
compressed air.
Remove dust deposits from the guide slots
for setting the milling depth.
