Installing the Blending System
1. Ensure the o-rings are installed on the spout
adapter. Snap the adapter onto the freezer
spout. Push up on the adapter with your
palm to ensure it is evenly and fully
installed.
2. Hang the suspension bracket with the
Blending Assembly on the door posts.
3. Install the Blending Head fully over the
spout adapter so that the locking collar
covers the tabs on the adapter. Rotate the
locking collar to secure.
4. Connect the Drive Motor cable to the Motor.
5. Ensure that the Blending Assembly is level
horizontally and make any adjustments to
the suspension bracket as needed using the
adjustment hand knob.
6. Insert the syrup line manifold end fully into
the Blending Head syrup line opening.
Rotate it until motion stops to secure.
7. With a container under the dispensing
spout, press the FLUSH SPOUT key on the
Touch Panel to purge any remaining
product from the spout.
NOTE: IF NO “FLUSH SPOUT” BUTTON IS
SHOWN ON THE SCREEN, YOU CAN
ACCESS THE KEY UNDER THE “FLUSHING
FUNCTIONS” SECTION OF THE
MAINTENANCE MENU.
