6. The following do not need to be sanitized on
a daily basis as part of the daily opening
procedures. However, inspect these areas
and if necessary, clean according to
instructions in the SCHEDULED
MAINTENANCE section:
9-Tube Assembly Coupler
9-Tube Assembly Tubes
Touch Panel and Mounting Bracket
Drive
Motor
Exposed surfaces of Cabinet
Assembling the Blending Assembly
The two Blending Head o-rings and the Gear
Cartridge are wear items and will need to be
replaced periodically. Check for wear
occasionally and always keep spares of these
items on hand in the Spare Parts Kit.
1. Place the Gear Cartridge into the Gear Box
so that the gear teeth line up with the gear
inside the Gear Box.
2. Install the Blending Head onto the Gear Box
and rotate off-center to secure.
3. Insert the Drive Motor into the Gear Box so
that all four locking screws are seated
properly and rotate the motor clockwise to
secure.
4. Install the o-rings in their proper positions
on the adapter body.
