Programming
Press the ENTER key. The screen below will appear:
To enter the programming mode, press '1'. The display will read as follows:
Entering the Level 1 password (default 00000) will cause the following screen to appear (refer to “Program Change -
Level One” on page 40):
Entering the Level 2 password (default 11111) will cause the following screen to appear (refer to “Program Change -
Level 2” on page 47):
Passwords
There are two factory set programming passwords, '00000' and '11111', which will access two different screens as
indicated in the preceding section. From either of the screens, access to specific system and device programming
may be obtained. All programming entries are stored in nonvolatile memory. The factory set passwords can be
changed by the user and a method exists to clear one or both passwords.
Note that for Canadian applications, both
passwords must be changed from the factory settings.
If an invalid password is entered, the display will read
'INCORRECT PASSWORD'. To exit from Programming operations at any time, press the Backspace (left arrow)
key repeatedly.
