Printing booklets
The layout of the front and back of the first printing sheet, as defined by the current
settings, appears in the Print dialog box. Each page area on the sheet is numbered
according to the current imposition order, so you can see how pages will be printed.
These numbers are the current imposition order—not the document page numbers. If
Binding is set to None, you can change the order (see step 11); if not, these numbers
are set automatically to make sure that the booklet is printed correctly.
