3 DESCRIPTION AND INTENDED USE

The

coolant pump Art. P018/230V and Art. P018/400V

is an accessory that can be

installed on certain types of machine-tools, provided with metal cutting elements (drills,

lathes, band saws for metal etc.), to discharge a jet of coolant liquid onto the cutting tool, in
order to reduce the operating temperature and the friction with the material being processed,

reducing the cutting time and improving the final quality of the machining.
