2.3.2.1- Specifications

Data word length: 8 bits (fixed)

Parity Settings: None, even, odd

Stop bits: Fixed to 1.

Connector (printer side): Male D-SUB9 pin connector

The baud rate, and parity settings can be changed in
PROGRAMMING
MODE

The stop bit for the printer side is fixed to 1.
•
The data word length is fixed to 8 bits.

Logic “0” indicates that the printer is connected and ready to
receive data, and logic “1” indicates that the printer is busy. If this
signal stays logic “1” for more than 4 seconds this indicates an
error in the printer (see point
3.5- ERROR PROCESSING
).
