2.5.11 I/O Interface Card (P-IOIC-G)

The I/O Interface card (P-IOIC-G), provides I/O interfaces for the System Controller. 

(See Figure 11.)
The P-IOIC-G card provides four electrically isolated half-duplex RS485 serial port 

interfaces for communication with the I/O modules used in the system, and a 24 Vdc 

supply to power these I/O modules.
The P-IOIC-G card also provides one electrically isolated I

C bus for communication 

with legacy PAGASYS I/O modules, and a 24 Vdc supply to power the I/O modules.

NOTE

: The service model for the I/O Interface card is K-P-IOIC-G.
