Used to set the analog output conditions (unit, range, limit,
burnout, rate limit).
DAMP (Damping)

Used to set damping.
ZERO (Zero adjustment)
FUNC ZERO
Used to set zero adjustment.
DISP (Display setting)

Used to set items and units that appear on the measurement
screen.
CUT OFF (Low flow rate
