General
The system can be programmed in any one of the following methods:
•
Directly through keypad (XK-104 or 6805)
•
EZ-MATE PC DOWNLOADER model 7700 remotely
NOTE: The EZ-Mate downloader has not been tested for UL applications.
This manual describes system programming via the keypad. The other programming devices
include documentation describing their programming procedures.
Keypad programming is accomplished by understanding and completing the
PROGRAMMING SHEET located in the back of this manual.
There are 20 total programming questions numbered 00-19.
Within each question there are several locations labeled L1, L2, etc. for data entry.
The system is shipped from the factory with SPECIFIC DEFAULT VALUES that were
selected for a typical installation. If the default values are suitable for your installation then
programming can be simplified. The default values are listed with each programming
question and in the SYSTEM DEFAULT section of this manual.

This portion of the manual defines the programming questions along with the values
expected for each question. BEFORE USING THE PROGRAMMING SHEET, FILL THE
SYSTEM PLANNING WORKSHEETS AT THE END OF THIS MANUAL. Then,
