A.
Installing the receptacle connector
(1)
Digital flowmeter 744-082
-
Install connector (300) in its housing.
-
Fit four attaching screws (310) fitted with washers (320) and nuts (330), being careful to
place grounding lug (340) under one of the washers.

Solder the marked wires to the connector.

Digital flowmeter 744-082-3 (See IPL, figure 7)

Install connector (60) in its housing.

Fit two attaching screws (70) fitted with washers (90) and terminals (110).
-
Fit two attaching screws (80), square (140), bar (130) fitted with nuts (100), being careful
to place lug (120) under one of the nuts.

Solder the marked wires to the connector.
B.
Installing the face panel and associated controls and lighting devices

Installing an edge-lighting lamp.

Insert lamp (540) into its housing observing the polarities, then install sleeve (550) and filter
(530).

Installing switch S4 (480)
-
Insert switch (480) through the rear of support plate (580). Fit both washers and both nuts as
shown in the figure and solder the connecting wires to the switch base, then install "Power
supply" PC board (190).

Installing switch S3 (470).
Insert switch (470) through the rear of support plate (580) and install the toothed washer.
Tighten the nut and solder the connecting to the switch base.

Installing potentiometer (440).
Insert potentiometer (440) through the rear of support plate (580). Install spacer (450), the
washer and the nut and solder the connecting wires to the potentiometer base.

Installing indicator light support (490).
Insert support (490) through the rear of support plate (580). Install indicator light (500) and
spacer (510) and solder both connecting wires to the support base.

Installing face panel (130) on support plate (580).
