The unit cannot humidify when the water is lled
in the tank.
The water in the tank do not reduce-please check.
●
The humidify operation will stop automatically
when the room humidity is too high under auto
humidify mode.
●
The water will be slowly reduced when the
humidity is high or in the cold days.
●
Is the ON/OFF indicator light is on?
― If not, press “ON/OFF” button.
●
Is the lter well assembled?
●
Is there dirt or scale on the lter?
― Maintain the lter.
●
If the water lacking indicator light is on?
― The water tray is not well assembled if the
light is on, correctly assemble the water tray.

Pour the water in
the water tray during
purifying operation.

The oater will swing as the water ows during
operation, result in the blinking of indicator
light. (The ON/OFF of the light is controlled by
the position of the oater)
― Fill water into the water tank.

If the fan motor is with malfunction?
― Please contact with Neoclima franchised store.
●
If the air inlet of the sensor is accumulated with
dust?
― clean the dust at air suction port with dust
collector.
Operate the unit a while after dust collecting.
●
Does the oater cannot move because of the
scale?
― Clear the scale with brush.
●
Is the water tray well assembled?
― Well assemble the water tray till a “click” is
heard.
●
Is the oater in water tray loosened?
― Assemble the oater as original sample.
●
If there’s peculiar smell when the power plug is
connected?
After power plug is connected, the rst one minute
condition is considered as the sensitivity benchmark of
the peculiar smell sensor.
Pull out the plug when the unit is operating normally
without peculiar smell, connect the plug 3s later and
operate to modify the benchmark of peculiar smell sensor.
