shows the layout of the first page in flash memory. This contains enough
descriptors for the Camera Control GUI to determine the camera type and its options. This
data should only be programmed by FastVision. The camera GUI software must enforce
this, as there is no write protection built into the Control FPGA firmware. Multibyte values
are little endian.
