Setting the Threshold (Teach Function)
3-4-8 2-point Zone
The teach function is executed twice to set the upper and lower limits of the threshold.
As with the “1-point Zone” teach mode, the threshold can be set to a fixed range of received light amount, so
this method can be used to judge whether the object distance, position, and dimensions are within the set
range.
The thresholds are not set by percentage but are set with an actual object, so the upper and lower thresholds
can be set separately during the execution of the teach function, which differs from the “1-point Zone” mode.

* To cancel the setting of the teach function, press the
TEACH

key.
* To select the channel to teach (output 1 or output 2) in advance, hold down the
MENU

key for 1 second or
more.

The teach mode selection screen appears.

The teach mode is set.
The OLED display returns to the RUN screen and
