SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Use of the equipment is only permitted to staff that are specifically trained,
authorised and in good health.
Installation must be carried out by qualified staff, in full compliance with the
installation instructions outlined below.
Any tampering with or changes to the equipment not authorised in advance by
the manufacturer releases the latter from any liability deriving from or
attributable to the aforementioned acts and the automatic loss of the warranty.
The removal or tampering with safety devices leads to breach of European
Safety Standards.
The lift should not be used by unauthorised people.
It is forbidden to climb on or stay on the support units or on the vehicle.
It is forbidden to rest objects on the arms or on the lift trolleys.
Use of the lift is permitted in covered locations protected from wind and free of
danger, explosions or fire.
Use of the lift is not permitted to wash vehicles.
It is forbidden to polish or sand near the lift.
It is forbidden to use the lift for various purposes other than those outlined by
the manual.
To work on the lift, use suitable clothing as outlined by legislation in the country
in which the lift is used.
Do not use the lift if the ambient temperature goes under -10°C.
Our lifts are prepared for FASEP accessories.
Check that, during up and down movements, no dangerous conditions arise for
people or property.
Position on zero and lock the main switch in the event of emergency
intervention or maintenance on the lift.
Position the main switch on zero when working on the lifted vehicle.
Ensure vehicle part dismantling does not alter division of the load beyond the
planned acceptable limits.
Ensure the actual stability of the vehicle on the support units as soon as you
start the lifting stroke.
Immediately stop the lift if functioning irregularities are found and ask authorised
technical support to intervene.
Work on the electrical and hydraulic system, even if minor, requires the
intervention of professionally qualified staff.
