There are a couple of conventions in S language, and the most important are
the following:

Underscore
refers to MECHA-H: 1 LED is ON when paired.

Equal sign
refers to MECHA-V: 2 LEDs are ON when paired.

Double colon
is the equivalent of the
equal sign.
( )
Round brackets
indicate a loop.
^
Caret
means „relative to the previous position”, and can be used for
MECHA-V, as the positions for MECHA-H are always relative to the
previous position.

Parked
Raised
Adjust the
position
using

buttons to
match the
preset before
starting the
preset.
