Switch "AUTO, TEST and MANU" at the upper right corner to "AUTO" mode on
"production process" image in Fig.5-
1; press “Start” to start up the equipment. And then,
the control system executes the following commands in sequence:
Confirm the conditioner outlet is at the bypass;
Conditioner motor starts at star-delta;
Pneumatic gate on the feeding bin automatically opens to allow feeding to the bin.
When material weight reaches the set upper limit, pneumatic gate will automatically
close (if material weight in the bin has already reached the upper limit, this step will
be skipped; see Fig.5-4 for material upper limit);
Feeder operates automatically;
Motor for bridge-breaking in feeding bin operates automatically.
