LOCAL:
Set LOCAL to "Off" to turn off the internal sound generation. Now the Fame Hybrid Pro only
sends MIDI commands and does not trigger internal sounds anymore. This setting is useful if you
want to trigger an external sound source without the Fame Hybrid Pro sound generation being
audible.
THRU:
By switching from "Off" to "On" in this case, MIDI-IN signals are passed on directly to the
MIDI-OUT. This way an external MIDI device can control both the Fame module and any other MIDI
device connected to the Hybrid Pro.
CHAN:
Here you can set on which MIDI channel programme change messages and MIDI note
commands for the individual trigger channels are to be received and transmitted. Please note that you
can change the global MIDI channel setting made here individually per trigger channel.
PED
: Set the desired controller format for the closed hihat here. You can choose between CC1
(Modulation Wheel) and CC4 (Pedal Control). For each controller format there are 4 different modes
available.

The midi player and its functions will only be fully available at a later date with an update of the OS.
At the moment, not all MIDI functions can be used correctly. The current operating system is always
available for download from musicstore.de.

SAVE:
With this parameter you determine whether changes in the PROGRAM and MIXER-UNIT area
can be saved or not. Select "On" so that after successful programming you can save the result
permanently by pressing the left DATA button. This saving process is carried out on the start page of
the respective menu (PROG or MIXER-UNIT Page MIX). As soon as the original settings are changed,
this is indicated by a "?" to the right of SAVE.
In Off mode, changes made cannot be saved.
The SAVE-Off mode is especially useful if several drummers play on your Fame Hybrid Pro during a
festival and you want to avoid that your drum kits and the respective configuration is changed and
then possibly saved.
