Please note that not all telephone lines in all countries follow this pattern. Some internal
switches may have a different busy tone and therefore this function must be carefully tested.
If problems occur, please contact your local telecom operator for information about your busy
tone.
The function
Detection of occupied tone
can also be activated without using the function
Disconnection of acknowledgement,
for instance if a faster call procedure for alarm receiver 2
when alarm receiver 1 is occupied. This is done with the following programming sequence:

Normally a telephone line shifts polarity when the telephone is lifted and at hang up and the
lift phone FältCom ECII SE can detect this. Because of this the lift phone can disconnect a
call faster when the function

is activated and the trapped
passenger does not need to listen to an occupied tone in the lift phone speaker until the call is
terminated after maximum 3 minutes. However, should a problem occur this function is
possible to disconnect with the following programming sequence:
