BEHAVIOUR

REASON

SOLUTION

ON ACTIVATION, THE MOTOR DOES NOT

PERFORM ANY MOVEMENT

Travel limits already set

If  you  wish  to  modify  the  travel  limits,  execute  a  reset
as indicated in chapter 6 and perform a new learning

operation (chpt.5)

THE MOTOR HAS TRAVEL LIMITS ALREADY
SET, BUT IT DOES NOT ACCEPT COMMANDS

COMING FROM THE REMOTE CONTROL

Sun sensor

activated

Disable the sun sensor

Remote  control  has  lost

memory

On  the  remote  control,  perform  the  memory  storing

procedure for the first remote control

If there are not other remote controls, perform total deletion
of the memory and the memory storing operation of the

single remote control.

If  there  are  other  remote  controls  operating  ,  perform
the  procedure  to  add  remote  controls,  thus  memory

store it again

THE TRAVEL LIMITS LEARNING PROCEDURE

CANNOT BE COMPLETED

Incorrect  sequence  of

commands sent

Execute the travel limits reset to return the motor to the

factory-set parameters.

(the remote controls do not lose memory)

THE MOTOR WITHOUT SET TRAVEL LIMITS
DOES NOT ACCEPT COMMANDS COMING

FROM THE REMOTE CONTROL

Remote control

not memory stored

Memory store the first remote control

A NEW REMOTE CONTROL CANNOT BE

ADDED

The  maximum  number  of
remote controls that can be
memory  stored  has  been

exceeded (Max 20)

Delete an old remote control and memory store again

a new one

EVERY TIME THE MOTOR IS SUPPLIED
WITH POWER, IT PERFORMS THREE BRIEF

MOVEMENTS IN BOTH DIRECTIONS

The  motor  is  in  advanced

menu mode

Exit the advanced menu holding down the stop/preferred

position push-button for 7 seconds

AT THE END OF PROGRAMMING, IF
YOU PRESS THE DOWN PUSH-BUTTON
THE ROLLING SHUTTER RISES (AND VICE

VERSA)

The setting sequence of the
travel limits was exchanged

•  Perform a Reset and repeat the correct travel limit

setting procedure.

IN ROLLING SHUTTER MODE THE
MOTOR REVERSES MOTION DURING

DOWNSTROKE

Friction during motion

•  Clean the guides

•  In  the  advanced  menu  select  a  suitable

detection sensitivity for the application

•  Enter the advanced menu and “disable” the

obstacle detection in the critical area.

IN ROLLING SHUTTER MODE THE MOTOR

DOES NOT DETECT THE OBSTACLE

Setting error

•  The  obstacle  detection  sensor  has  not  been

fitted (only for 45 and 58 mm). Fit the obstacle

detection sensor

•  Make sure you have set the rolling shutter mode.
