19. MAINTENANCE
!
To maintain operating safety and efficiency conditions and reduce
faults and disservice, routine maintenance and periodic replacements
set out in
27
must be carried out.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE must be performed every 6 months.
Frequency of replacements is indicated based on number of opera-
tion cycles for components subject to wear; in years for components
subject to deterioration.
The buzzer alerts to the need to perform replacements.
!
All maintenance operations must exclusively be performed by
technical-professional personnel.
Only the installer/maintenance technician is authorised to open the
casing to access the automation housing.
19.1 CALCULATION ESTIMATE OF CYCLES
PERFORMED
In the event of board fault E1400 RD with subsequent cycle counter
loss with error code 53, it is necessary to perform an estimate of
the number of cycles performed until then since the last servicing.
R1
= number of days elapsed since the last motor replacement (see
SYSTEM REGISTER)
R2
= number of hours of operation per day
R3
= door cycle time (opening time + pause + closing time)
!
The installer must take on responsibility for indicating parameters
R1, R2 and R3
Calculate:
R4
= R1 * R2 *3600
Calculate the ESTIMATED NUMBER OF CYCLES
:
R4 / R3
After that from SDK EVO enter in menu 5 Cycle counter, section

, the calculated value of cycles.
