PRELIMINARY CHECKS PRIOR TO COMMISSIONING
!
Before commissioning the system, regular and friction-less door
movement must be ascertained.
Manually check the leaves slide smoothly, with mains power supply,
emergency battery and motors disconnected.
If battery charge is insufficient, automation operation is prevented;
the door remains OPEN (ERROR status 10) until the emergency battery
charging cycle is completed. Only SETUP may be performed in any
case despite the battery being down.
It is recommended to charge the emergency batteries before
commissioning, to avoid waiting time for the charging cycle after
performing SETUP.
The battery must be charged exclusively by using the electronics
module for A1400 AIR RDT
13.1 SYSTEM POWER SUPPLY AND SETUP
1. Close the leaves or partially open them with mains and battery
power supply disconnected.
2. Connect the 2 motors and M1 motor encoder.
3. Connect the 230 V

!
If the door CLOSES instead of opening, it is necessary to immediately
disconnect power supply, invert connections of Auxiliary_motor then
power back on.
If the door does NOT move, it is necessary to immediately disconnect
power supply, check motor connections then restore power supply.
4. Connect the battery.

-
devices connected to inputs
(I1-I4)
-
emergency (E1-E2)
-
configurable outputs (O1-O2)
