ASSEMBLY
HANDLE ASSEMBLY
1. On each side of the lawn mower, place the handle
frame (Fig. 2.1), place the washer (Fig. 2.2) and tight
-
en the assembly securely with the knob (Fig. 2.3).
2. Place the adapter (Fig. 3.2) in position on han
-
dle frame (Fig. 2.1), place the upper handle (Fig.
3.6) on the adapter’s grove and tighten secure
-
ly using the bolt (Fig. 3.1), the washer (Fig. 3.5)
and the quick release handle assembly (Fig. 3.3,
3.4).
NOTE
Where applicable, make sure to place the extension
cord restraint hook (Fig. 1.3) in position on the upper
handle before step “2”.
GRASS COLLECTOR ASSEMBLY AND FITTING
The grass collector (Fig. 1.7) prevents grass clip
-
pings being thrown across your lawn as you mow.
1. Insert the grass collector handle (Fig. 4.1) into
the holes on the top of grass collector (Fig. 4.2)
until it clicks in position.

Align the upper and lower grass collector sec-
tions and join. Ensure the clips are located cor
-
rectly and securely.
NOTE
For models with plastic lower part, join before
-
hand the left and right side together in one piece
(Fig. 4.3).
NOTE
For models with fabric lower part, insert the sup
-
port (Fig. 4.4) in place afterwards.
3. Lift the collector flap with one hand. With the
other hand hold the grass collector by the han-
dle and hook it in from above (Fig. 5).
OPERATION
WARNING
Before connecting to the mains supply, always check
the switch is in the off position!
EXTENSION CORD RESTRAINT
We recommend using your mower as outlined in
this section to achieve optimum results and to re
-
duce the risk of cutting the mains cable. Place the
bulk of the mains cable on the lawn, close to the
starting point. Feed the cable through the cable
restraint (Fig. 1.3).
ADJUSTING THE CUTTING HEIGHT
This electric lawn mower is equipped with a 6-po
-
sition height adjustment system to tailor grass
cutting heights of 25 to 75mm. To obtain your de
-
sired cutting height, the front and rear axles are
repositioned on the underside of the lawnmower
body. Adjust using the height adjuster handle (Fig.
1.11) to the desired height.
STARTING THE MOTOR
1. Plug the machine into the electric supply, en
-
suring it meets the recommended require
-
ments. Electrical power should be supplied via
a residual current device (RCD) with a tripping
